With a background in social work and business management, Lei believes in the market power to help solve societal and environmental problems. Lei has experience in supply chain work in China on issues such as worker welfare, occupational health & safety and circularity. With strong research and project management skills, she has been working with companies across multiple industries, spanning retail, fashion, automotive, pharmaceutical, publishing and printing industries. She also plays a lead role in organising large-scale meetings and events for our collaborative initiatives. Prior to joining Carnstone, Lei completed an MSc in Business Management from the University of Bristol. Lei is fluent in Mandarin and English.
