Jo works with the Carnstone team to advise and support on our people activity, ensuring that we continue to create a workplace where everyone feels valued, included and developed. Jo has a background in retail and leisure HR as well as working as a consultant in recent years. She is also Strategy Director for Engage for Success, the UK movement spreading the word about employee engagement and helping people and workplaces to thrive. Outside of work, Jo is a musician, regularly performing in large scale choral concerts.
